I always find Bonneau du Martray Corton Charlemagne one of the better quality Grand Cru from Cotes de Beaune, apart from Coche Dury (of which I still don’t have the pleasure to taste it yet).

Was a clear 5 stars wine to me initially but then I downgraded it to 4.5 thereafter. I find it with extremely great richness, in addition, it was very balanced as well as softness encapsulated the palate. The downgrade was caused by surprisingly degrading taste that was not holding up in the glass.
