In 2017, Tasting Notes
  Bok's Rating:

In comparison to the 15 years old sibling, this 18 years old felt like it should be the big brother, perhaps at the nose level only. The nose of this 18 years old was choking and piercing, totally unlike the younger sibling. I was told it was aged in European barrels. Surprisingly the palate was smooth and easy, absolutely nothing like what the nose has described. Although not my type of whisky, credit must be given for what it’s due. This was as smooth as it gets for whiskies.
