BALI HAI 巴里岛的热情
This was served blind and I have no idea what it was. The nose was floral and turned smoky thereafter. Palate was full of tropical fruits like dry lychee, with high acidity which I thought it had to come from a cool climate like Yunnan! My friend revealed it as a Bali wine, the grape varietal was a mutated muscat varietal. Hard to imagine a tropical wine style huh?
