BALI HAI 巴里岛的热情

This was served blind and I have no idea what it was. The nose was floral and turned smoky thereafter. Palate was full of tropical fruits like dry lychee, with high acidity which I thought it had to come from a cool climate like Yunnan! My friend revealed it as a Bali wine, the grape varietal was a mutated muscat varietal. Hard to imagine a tropical wine style huh?

朋友盲品了这款酒,我完全没有意念那里来的酒,我猜是云南地带!鼻香有花香和淡淡的烟熏香味。口感完全就是热带水果的感觉,带有干荔枝,而且酸度高,的确没有想到是来自印尼巴厘岛的葡萄品种!朋友说这是转基因的幕斯卡品种,完全不能想象这是产自于热带的葡萄酒!”
