Upon serving a glass in blind format, we all declared the bottle as slightly corked, which was quite uncommon for white burgundies. Oh well, cork taint can’t differentiate whether you’re red or white!
As such, the content was greatly affected, as I only had two simple scribbled notes for it: shallow taste and simple.
I have had this bottle before in the past, should’ve been rich, fruity and bold style. Too bad for tonight’s outcome.
