I always loved fruity wines despite most critics preference for acidity, sorry, I stick to my preference.
I find that in general 2015 white burgundies are very fruit driven, even Chablis wasn’t excluded. The fruitiness of 2015 was really great, goes well with a lot of food. The weakness was a bit low on acidity. This generic Bourgogne couldn’t be excluded, fruits were great, albeit finishing was short and shallow. Take it as a daily drinking white and you’ll be a happy person!
