ACIDIC VINTAGE 酸度高的年份

If you have drank enough white burgundies, you’ll know that 07 was a highly acidic vintage, which made the wines very addictive. Although this was not the flagship label for Louis Carillon, it still did very well. Nose of fresh acidic body aged in proper oak. Body, as you can imagine, were filled with high acidity and sharp taste. Definitely more acidity than fruits!
