Not sure if you guys know about the health benefits of wolfberries, in ancient China, it was highly regarded by many Chinese medicinal practitioners. It carried tons of benefits and no side effects, thus someone turned creative and fermented these wolfberries into wines.
At 28 deg ABV, I don’t feel much of the alcohol, instead I tasted a lot of sweet wolfberries in the wine. Very easy drinking, relatively long finishing. I trust the benefits of this wine, and replaced my whiskey urge.
