DECENT COMPLEXITY

Not a bad wine for daily drinking, as the complexity allows you to pair it with many type of foods thanks to the versatility.

Nose of slight green apple and passion fruits, a touch of lemon and a tiny hint of lime. I enjoyed the crisp and freshness. Slight weakness of being short but more than made it up with the refreshing style. Goes well with tapas and mildly spicy finger food as well as casual Japanese food.
