A classic expression of Chablis Premier Cru terroir. The 2022 Fourchaumes is subtle and structured, showing restrained citrus fruit, chalky minerality, and elegant floral notes. On the palate, it has decent acidity and a soft elegance, which becomes more vivid when served well-chilled, a wine that sharpens and tightens beautifully in the glass. Less overt than the Heritage, but a fine and poised Premier Cru.
