The Pavie judgment continues with the 1990. If the 1989 is a dragon, the 1990 is a phoenix and well deserve a 5 star rating. Its what I call the “girl next door” wine, really fragrant on the nose, almost smells like burgundy, although the alcohol is obvious too. The palette is sweet and elegant, very pleasant, friendly and easy going character that you’ll enjoy it without hesitation. I hope you get to drink some Pavie, its one of the best right bank wines before Perse era.”
