LEGEND CONTINUES

Like it’s younger siblings 04 that I just reported yesterday, this was another bright Dom Perignon on the crowded field of champagnes.

Dom Perignon doesn’t try to use fruits to win the audiences. It used a combination of features to shine. Most importantly, it tried to achieve a balance of harmony, and precision. 02 was exactly the classic DP that should enter the hall of fame. Very rich and honey-like, but never too loud. Superbly made for a perfect vintage, highly respectable.
