In 2016, Tasting Notes
  Bok's Rating:
pichon 1989

I had the pleasure to drink this 89 and 90 side by side last night, of course in a blind format. This 89 was decanted for almost an hour, so when the sommelier served me the glass, I was able to tell this was my bottle, as the other bottle just arrived without the benefits of being decanted.

Loads of vanilla rushed to my nose, along with really ripe fruits. Same goes to the palate, voluptuous and rich, not a sign of weakness, almost a perfect wine to go with my Florentine steak! Thumbs up!
